The Recruiting Manager will lead our recruitment strategy, overseeing the recruitment team and driving initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
