In Short

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for U.S.-based roles
• Source proactively using various platforms (Workable, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards etc.)
• Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
• Keep Workable updated and organized daily
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment KPIs
• Provide a positive and timely candidate experience
• Suggest improvements in job ads, interview questions, or sourcing strategies
• Expected to conduct 12 interviews per day

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Available during EST core hours
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms
