• Provide tax planning and advisory services for individuals and closely held businesses
• Advise on entity structuring and multi-entity/multi-state considerations

• Participate in client meetings and communicate complex tax concepts clearly

Requirements

• Solid U.S. tax advisory and planning experience
• Proven track record advising pass-through entities and high-net-worth individuals
• Client-facing experience with the ability to work independently
• Strong advisory mindset — proactive, strategic, and solutions-driven
• CPA or EA credential preferred
• International tax advisory experience related to U.S. taxpayers is a plus
