Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to recruit across various functions and levels.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS or CRM platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skill and professional discretion.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently.

• Must use a cell phone to monitor client communication.
