Overview

Join Fiserv as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in expanding our innovative Clover platform in the SMB market. You'll be responsible for generating leads, managing sales cycles, and building lasting client relationships.

In Short

  • Drive business development for Clover's SMB platform.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to post-sale transition.
  • Build relationships with various business verticals and industry partners.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations and demos.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for customer success.
  • Maintain detailed records of performance and pipeline in CRM.
  • Travel up to 50% for client meetings and events.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience required.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in restaurant technology, SaaS, or POS.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and maintain reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • A hunter mentality with a passion for closing new business.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with sales pipeline management tools like Salesforce.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong network in the restaurant and hospitality industry is a plus.
