Requirements

• Ability to analyze and make recommendations using SWOT.
• Experience in project meetings and mentoring.
• Proficiency in primary products in the Solutions Framework.
• Understanding of product interactions within Solution Frameworks.
• Strong collaboration skills with the Registrars team.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Experience in Cognitive facilitation or Adult Education.
• Client Experience Certification is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with minimal supervision.
