Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or consumer technology.
  • A proven track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing high-value partnerships.
  • Deep network within health and wellness, pharmacy, insurance, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong commercial instincts — able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on deal execution.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Experience with channel sales, distribution models, and joint go-to-market planning.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by building from the ground up.
