Overview

Exodus is looking for a Head of Partnerships who is passionate about building strategic relationships and driving business growth in the crypto and Web3 space. Your role will be to develop, manage, and expand partnerships across Exodus’ B2B2C product lines. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who excels in outbound outreach, identifies unique partner needs, and fosters long-term partnerships that drive revenue and adoption of Exodus products.

  • Engage and close new partners across Exodus’ B2B2C product lines
  • Develop and execute an outbound partnership strategy
  • Identify partner needs and clearly convey the value of Exodus’ products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive deal execution
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements
  • Build scalable processes for partnership development
  • Represent Exodus at industry conferences and events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in crypto/Web3
  • Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline and close high-value partnerships
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with C-suite and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of ownership
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of creative problem-solving
  • Ability to travel to in-person meetings
  • Passion for crypto/Web3, with a deep understanding of industry trends
