We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is deeply curious about niche domains, and knows how to engage senior candidates in competitive markets.

In Short

• Source and execute targeted sourcing campaigns for G&A talent.
• Act as an ambassador for Exodus, communicating our mission and values.
• Partner with G&A leadership to define candidate profiles and build pipelines.
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from scoping to onboarding.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience at every stage.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand hiring needs and strategies.
• Track key metrics to optimize recruiting processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in recruiting workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A functions.
• Experience in recruiting for specialized roles.
• Strong candidate-centric approach.
• Process-driven with agility in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to communicate the value of Exodus effectively.
• Organized and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Proficient with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
