Overview

The Vice President (VP) Channel Business will lead the Global Channel organization at Eye Security, focusing on developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for the MSP channel business.

In Short

  • Lead the Global Channel organization and report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Develop partnerships and accelerate new business acquisition.
  • Ensure partner commitment for revenue goals and pipeline development.
  • Focus on building long-term value for channel partners.
  • Analyze and track best practices for channel program expansion.
  • Implement metrics to demonstrate ROI against the partner program budget.
  • Prioritize customer-centric planning for all partner initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and development for channel team members.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in channel business.
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Experience in building and executing a global channel program.
  • High levels of quality and accuracy in planning and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and change efforts.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch or German.
