The Vice President, Business Development is a dedicated resource that ensures customer satisfaction and strategic sales growth year over year by working collaboratively with RQM+ team members to ensure the customer sees the ever-growing value of RQM+.

In Short

  • Lead the acquisition of customer accounts in line with RQM+’s commercialization strategy.
  • Maintain and expand relationships within existing strategic customers.
  • Provide leadership as the point of contact for existing customer accounts.
  • Ensure a high level of quality service and customer support.
  • Drive the organization’s sales budget for strategic customers.
  • Utilize intuition to predict the next steps for strategic customers.
  • Persuade customers of the continued need and value of RQM+ services.
  • Integrate into the customer’s business and project planning processes.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support market access throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and sales.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of MedTech and regulatory environments.
  • Ability to predict customer needs and market trends.
  • Experience with strategic account management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive strategic growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in managing sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Background in clinical trials or medical devices is a plus.
