In Short

• Lead and scale the controllership function as the company grows.
• Take ownership of building a finance backbone focused on accuracy and automation.
• Oversee monthly close and IFRS compliance across multiple entities.
• Define and enforce revenue recognition policies aligned with subscription models.
• Drive improvements in financial systems like Chargebee and ERP.
• Set budget accountability and monitor departmental spending.
• Manage and grow a distributed finance team.
• Act as a key finance partner to the VP Finance and CFO.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Significant experience in financial control and reporting in international settings.
• Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition principles.
• Hands-on experience with financial tools like Chargebee and NetSuite.
• A builder mindset to scale processes in fast-growing environments.
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
