Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our new Extenteam product, Shared Services (Tailwind), within the hospitality and short-term rental industry.

In Short

• Identify and target new business opportunities through outreach.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Present products and services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
• Work closely with operations for client onboarding.
• Represent Extenteam at industry events.
• Participate in networking activities.
• Drive performance-based outreach and meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales.
• Understanding of the hospitality or short-term rental industry.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and growth opportunity identification.
• Proficient in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
