Overview

As a Remote Guest Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to guests in the vacation rental industry, ensuring a seamless experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

In Short

  • Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, and messaging.
  • Provide accurate information about bookings and services.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with reservations and booking confirmations.
  • Manage guest reviews and feedback on OTAs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet guest requests.
  • Create and maintain guest communication templates.
  • Attend virtual meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Manage calendars and inbox effectively.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Located in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, or Maharashtra.
  • Experience in guest services or reservations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to service.
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with vacation rental platforms.
  • PMS experience in the rental and hotel industry.
