Overview

You will be joining Extenteam as a Remote Guest Services Specialist, supporting smaller short-term rental operators with outstanding guest communication and property management services. This role blends technology, customer service, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, remote environment.

In Short

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and messaging.
  • Provide accurate information regarding bookings and policies.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints efficiently.
  • Assist with booking and confirming reservations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet guest requests.
  • Create and maintain guest communication templates.
  • Ensure communications reflect partner guidelines.
  • Attend virtual meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide feedback regarding partner issues.
  • Act as a vendor liaison for maintenance services.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Must be located in Tamil Nadu.
  • Previous experience in guest services or reservations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to service.
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Short-term vacation rental experience is a must.
