• Assist with onboarding new properties into the system.
• Audit listings for accuracy across platforms.
• Oversee off-season maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Handle emergency issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Experience in customer service or guest relations.
