Overview

The Senior HR Business Partnering Manager will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategy with performance and growth goals while driving execution across talent management and organizational plans.

In Short

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with company goals.
  • Provide coaching on organizational design and team effectiveness.
  • Support workforce planning considering growth and transformation needs.
  • Guide talent processes including succession planning and performance management.
  • Promote engagement and retention strategies.
  • Lead change management efforts related to reorganizations and technology adoption.
  • Develop communication plans for successful adoption of changes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments including Talent Acquisition and Finance.
  • Use HR analytics to inform decisions and identify trends.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
  • Foundation in talent management and organizational effectiveness.
  • History of leading end-to-end HR programs.
  • Ability to translate strategy into structured plans.
  • Experience with HR analytics to influence decisions.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled HR tools preferred.
  • Preferred background in healthcare, technology, or SaaS.
