• Experience with HRIS (e.g., Zoho) and ATS.
• Proficient in HR analytics for decision-making.
• Ability to build relationships with C-level and junior managers.
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and energy.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency for working with international teams.
