Overview

The Relationship Manager will collaborate to maintain and expand business relationships, conduct and support retention, client satisfaction and development activities within an assigned account territory for Experian's Employer Services.

In Short

  • Develop relationships with clients by understanding business needs and responding to requests.
  • Create and maintain strategic account plans for top clients.
  • Support the renewal of existing business.
  • Responsible for client retention and satisfaction.
  • Generate client advocacy for market use.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and promote innovation.
  • Maintain relationships across various buyer personas.
  • Lead client briefings and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success for data quality.
  • Inform clients on new and existing projects/products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in complex relationship management.
  • Experience in Experian Employer Services.
  • Consultative sales and customer service experience.
  • Ability to travel.
