Overview

Experian is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Costa Rica operations, partnering with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment life cycle.

In Short

• Consult with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Lead searches from sourcing to offer using innovative techniques.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to achieve hiring goals.
• Identify and resolve challenges impeding search success.
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Customer service oriented with strong partnership skills.
• Advanced English skills required.
