In Short

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process: from screening to interviews to hiring.
• Develop and implement new strategies for attracting volunteer talents.
• Build and maintain a strong network for talent acquisition.
• Support and advise our volunteer members on HR-related issues.
• Optimize and digitize internal HR processes.

Requirements

• Initial experience as an HR Business Partner, personnel management, recruiting, or employer branding.
• A sense for people and a communicative, empathetic manner.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Interest in social engagement.
