• Lead full-cycle recruiting and support core HR operations.
• Draft and refine job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates.
• Issue verbal and written offers and manage workflows.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain accurate PTO records and reporting.
• Create and share employee testimonials and content.
• Develop talent pipelines and build relationships with universities.
• Assist in designing and managing employee referral programs.
• Support broader HR operations and compliance documentation.
