In Short

• Strategic and operational responsibility for Recruiting & Talent Acquisition.
• Build, manage, and continuously develop a modern, volunteer-friendly recruiting setup.
• Develop and implement processes for sourcing, selection, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate experience.
• Close collaboration with the Chief People Officer and the board to implement recruiting and growth strategies.
• Manage and support the selection, care, and development of volunteer staff.
• Establish and lead a recruiting team, including quality and performance monitoring.
• Ensure smooth information flow between recruiting, HR, and operational units.
• Advise management on recruiting strategies, role profiles, and structural development.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, ideally with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in building and scaling recruiting processes in dynamic or decentralized structures.
• Knowledge and/or experience as an HR Business Partner or in the personnel services industry.
• Proficient in interviews and selection methods.
• High social competence, empathy, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Willingness to work remotely and flexibly in a volunteer capacity.
