In Short

• Responsible for building and leading the entire HR department.
• Recruitment, retention, and development of a volunteer team of at least ten individuals.
• Hands-on management of all HR processes, including onboarding and team cohesion.
• Development of efficient structures and processes for a digital volunteer HR ecosystem.
• Collaboration with leadership to implement strategic HR goals and strengthen organizational culture.
• Establishment of a competency-based HR system focusing on motivation and performance.

Requirements

• Degree in HR management, business psychology, business administration, or related fields.
• Several years of experience in building and leading HR structures, preferably in non-profit or start-up environments.
• Strong hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, and ability to manage processes without digital tools.
• Persuasiveness, empathy, and leadership skills in dealing with diverse individuals.
• Strong identification with social welfare goals and volunteer collaboration.
