HR Business Partner & Recruiter - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on HR Business Partner & Recruiter to support and grow our U.S.-based teams. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited to take full ownership of both the employee lifecycle and talent acquisition processes in the U.S.

In Short

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for U.S.-based employees and managers.
• Provide strategic and tactical HR support.
• Partner with leaders to identify people-related needs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
• Drive employee satisfaction and retention efforts.
• Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Experience in a remote-first or distributed organization is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms is beneficial.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability.
• Experience working across time zones.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
