Empower Partnerships is seeking an experienced Logistics Recruiting Partner to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity to grow your recruiting career, while supporting one of our largest clients. This is a contract to hire opportunity.

In Short

• Conduct in-take sessions with client hiring managers to build strategic hiring strategies.
• Source active and passive talent utilizing various sourcing platforms.
• Qualify and conduct pre-screening tests and interviews with candidates.
• Present a list of qualified candidates with recommendations for interviews.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Close negotiation with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Logistics/Maintenance/Warehouse industry.
• RPO experience is a big plus.
• Strong people skills and desire to build relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Persuasive communication skills.
• A winning attitude.
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Teams, and any ATS/CRM.
• Experience with Predictive Index (PI) is highly desirable.
