Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring director and VP-level roles.
• Success in sourcing and attracting talent across technical and go-to-market functions.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage 8+ open roles simultaneously.
• Experience using data to inform recruiting strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Naturally curious and proactive.
