Overview

The Lead Research Advisor at Dscout will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between product teams and users by driving customer success through effective research methodologies and platform adoption.

In Short

• Act as an expert in Dscout to educate customers on platform functionality.
• Consult with customers to recommend research designs for successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers on high-impact research projects.
• Help customers derive insights using Dscout’s analysis tools.
• Work with the Sales team to retain customers and identify expansion opportunities.
• Manage a team of Research Advisors, focusing on coaching and workload prioritization.
• Occasional travel for onsite customer visits to build relationships and gather feedback.
• Act as an advocate for customers by providing internal feedback for product improvements.
• Support and guide research participants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in research, preferably in a Customer Success or consulting role.
• Experience leading complex research engagements.
• Proven ability to consult with customers to drive product adoption.
• 1+ years of experience in people management.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Curiosity about human behavior and a desire to solve complex problems.
