Research Lead - Remote

Overview

The Research Lead will provide professional expertise and skills in research methodology, research design, data collection, data analysis, and the interpretation and presentation of research and evaluation results to assist the Tiko Research Department to achieve the organizational strategic goals.

Requirements

• Masters in public health, statistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a research-focused role.
• Experience in public health, including HIV, SRH, family planning, and mental health.
• Proven qualitative and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in analysis packages such as STATA, R, and NVivo.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English.
