As the Social Behavior Change and Marketing Manager at Tiko, you’ll work with Tiko teams to ensure that our message is delivered in a relevant, meaningful, and effective way.

In Short

• Develop and implement social and behavior change interventions.
• Develop marketing and communications strategy based on user insights.
• Translate strategies into actionable plans for demand generation.
• Employ a data-driven approach to improve demand generation.
• Identify strategic partnerships for branding and service uptake.
• Provide oversight to local partners for SBC and marketing activities.
• Engage with government ministries on SBC and marketing matters.

Requirements

• Relevant university qualification in social behavior change or related fields.
• Proven experience in communication, marketing, and community development.
• Ability to set strategic marketing directions independently.
• Experience in leading agency relationships and articulating campaign results.
• Must be currently based in South Africa.
