Empower Partnerships is seeking an experienced Logistics Recruiting Partner to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity to grow your recruiting career while supporting one of our largest clients.

In Short

Conduct in-take sessions with client hiring managers.
Source active and passive talent utilizing various platforms.
Qualify and conduct pre-screening tests and interviews.
Present qualified candidates and schedule interviews.
Develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Close negotiations for mutually beneficial offers.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in Logistics.
RPO experience is a plus.
Strong people skills and organizational skills.
Persuasive communication skills.
Experience with MS Excel, MS Teams, and ATS/CRM systems.
Experience with Predictive Index (PI) is highly desirable.
