Overview

As a Seasonal Recruiter at Anthology, you will support the recruitment process by conducting interviews, managing onboarding tasks, and ensuring accurate data entry into recruiting systems.

• Conduct video interviews with candidates.
• Schedule and perform professional interviews.
• Manage and file new hire paperwork.
• Create offer letters and submit background checks.
• Ensure timely return of paperwork.
• Validate and enter HR data for equipment shipments.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct different types of video interviews.
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
