Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, preferably in the Senior Living sector.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using digital sourcing tools and platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, particularly Workable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
