In Short

• Perform ongoing evaluation of Maintenance and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures.
• Oversee the TELS program at all communities.
• Provide hands-on training for Maintenance Directors and housekeeping staff.
• Develop training materials for consistent staff training.
• Create community-specific cleaning schedules.
• Lead housekeeping training for new MDs.
• Optimize selection of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Evaluate and develop laundry programs.
• Participate in Maintenance Director selection process.
• Create and submit site visit reports.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities management.
• Strong training and development skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and policies.
• Ability to evaluate and optimize programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in staffing and management.
• Ability to travel significantly.
