Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management.
• Proficiency with office technology.
• Experience in emergency response and security planning.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of sustainability initiatives.
• Certifications preferred: FMP, SFP, CPR/AED.
