Director of Security & Facilities - Remote

Overview

The Director of Security & Facilities directs the design, planning, and maintenance of the organization’s facilities and physical security functions, developing and maintaining security protocols, tools, and trainings to ensure a safe work environment for employees and patients.

• Lead security functions and maintain relationships with law enforcement.
• Develop and implement training for staff on security protocols.
• Project manage facility changes and maintenance plans.

• Travel across ME/NH/VT as needed.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in facilities management and security planning.
• Ability to maintain workflow systems and handle confidential information.
• Understanding of OSHA, ADA, and other legal requirements.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Physical ability to move throughout the workspace and lift heavy items.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
