Overview

The Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and organizational support to the Health Care Delivery (HCD) team by maintaining records and contracts, scheduling and managing events, gathering and reporting data, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of MS Office365 applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with project management tools and concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the PPNNE region.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.
