Overview

The Director/VP of Security is responsible for establishing and overseeing the organization’s information security strategy, ensuring the protection of data, systems, and assets. This executive role will lead the security team, manage risks, implement cutting-edge security technologies, and foster a security-first culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA.
• Proven ability to develop and implement security strategies.
• Expertise in risk management and incident response.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with blockchain/web3 applications.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks.
