The Facilities Director is a strategic leader responsible for the oversight and management of all facilities operations across multiple care centers, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven budget management and contract negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with facilities management software.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
