Mid-Level Quality Assurance Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Mid-Level QA Analyst to join our team at Serasa Experian. You will play a collaborative role in ensuring the quality of our products, working closely with development and product teams to deliver high-quality software to our clients.

In Short

• Participate in creating and executing test plans for software quality assurance.
• Conduct manual and exploratory testing to identify bugs and issues.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify root causes of bugs and implement solutions.
• Document test results and report defects clearly and concisely.
• Actively participate in the agile development process.
• Analyze product requirements and provide feedback on quality and testability.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in software testing.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA in software development projects.
• Knowledge of various testing techniques including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Experience with API and web services testing.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Ability to write test cases and scenarios.
• Experience with defect management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
