Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions across our technology platforms.

In Short

• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements.
• Design and document detailed test cases and scripts.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects.
• Identify, document, and prioritize defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Participate in retrospectives to identify process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Assess products from an end user’s perspective.
• Maintain thorough documentation of test plans and results.
• Facilitate transition of solutions to operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with QA testing tools and processes.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud services and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of databases and ability to use SQL.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
