As a Quality Assurance Analyst at GPTZero, you will contribute to enhancing user experience for millions by ensuring the reliability and delightfulness of our AI detection platform.

In Short

• Test our chrome extension and web application across various browsers and operating systems.
• Create detailed error reports using video recording and task management software.
• Develop automated E2E tests for new releases using our drag-and-drop testing tool.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to reproduce and understand errors.
• Part-time role requiring 10-20 hours a week.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA or web development.
• Familiarity with Chrome debugger (console, network, application windows).
• Proficient in coding with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to run testing plans with a 4-hour turnaround during 9am - 8pm ET.
• Highly motivated to impact in a fast-paced workplace.
• Degree in IT/Computer Science or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to provide stellar references.
• Remote role with 8 hours overlap with Eastern Standard Time.
