Quality Assurance Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a QA Analyst at RoadRunner, you will ensure exceptional quality in our web and mobile applications, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to identify issues and recommend improvements.

• Conduct testing to ensure product performance meets user requirements.
• Review design specifications to understand product scope and function.
• Identify parameters and data to validate product functionality.
• Log and recreate error codes, bugs, and defects.
• Report defects and recommend solutions to relevant teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Design.
• Experience in Agile methodology is preferred.
• 1-3 years of professional testing experience required.
• Passionate about sustainability and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create test cases and build testing processes.
• Experience with test management software (e.g., Qase.io) is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Experience reading/writing automated tests is a plus.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to navigate a heavy workload.
• Familiarity with user flows and testing across different interfaces.
