Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a QA Analyst or Senior Support Specialist role.
• Strong understanding of support best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Replicant, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to conduct evaluations and provide insights on continuous improvement.
