Overview

The Lead Client Technical Analyst is a subject matter expert at Experian Health, assisting with training, quality assurance, and escalations while managing casework and projects.

In Short

  • Master responsibilities of Tier 2 Analysts
  • Respond to all submitted/escalated issues
  • Assist with escalations and quality assurance
  • Provide internal support regarding workflow
  • Serve as support expert in meetings
  • Identify areas for process improvement
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Mentor and train new representatives

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a technical analyst or technical customer service role
  • Healthcare revenue cycle experience required
  • Knowledge of ANSI X12, 835, 837, 277, and 999
  • Safeguard sensitive patient health information through HIPAA regulations
  • Support products on standalone and integrated platforms
  • Knowledge of ticketing service platforms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly analytical with intensive research experience
