Overview

The Managing Broker will support the Designated Managing Broker in the administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations in Texas, ensuring compliance with state laws and providing exceptional support to agents.

Requirements

• Experience as a supervising real estate broker
• Understanding of state-level brokerage operations
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to implement systems and processes
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred
• Remote work experience required
• Proficient in G Suite; Microsoft Office experience a bonus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Conflict resolution and active listening skills
