Overview

The Agent Operations Specialist supports agents in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and efficiency of real estate transactions within a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for new agents.
• Assist agents with transaction-related inquiries.
• Review agent listings in CRM for accuracy.
• Monitor company real estate portals for brand alignment.
• Publish and update agent listings on portals.
• Supervise listing inquiries.
• Participate in community-building efforts.
• Support event organization and operational activities.
• Supervise and process all transactions from listing to payment.
• Coordinate with Finance for timely commission payments.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate operations.
• Experience with real estate platforms such as CRM and HubSpot.
• Intermediate/Advanced English and Native Spanish fluency.
• Proactive problem-solver with analytical mindset.
• Passion for delivering outstanding agent experience.
