Managing Broker - Georgia (Remote)

Overview

The Managing Broker will support the administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations in Georgia, assisting agents in delivering exceptional service to clients while ensuring compliance with state laws.

In Short

• Responsible for supporting the Designated Managing Broker.
• Conduct training on contract, risk management, and licensing.
• Respond to agent requests for assistance.
• Consult with agents on complex transaction issues.
• Perform contract reviews for compliance.
• Support the eXp Risk Management Program.
• Enhance compliance with brokerage operations manuals.
• Coordinate distribution of inbound mail.
• Participate in state leadership team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience as a supervising real estate broker.
• Strong understanding of real estate brokerage at the state level.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to implement systems and processes.
• Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Remote work experience required.
• Dedicated home-office/work space.
• Conflict resolution and active listening skills.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
