Overview

The Agent Operations Specialist plays a dual role, driving agent growth while providing world-class operational support to agents, teams, and brokers within eXp Realty. This role is key in fostering strong relationships, enhancing the agent experience, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws.

• Execute strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and scale business with new agents, teams, and brokerages.
• Respond promptly to agent inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
• Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, agents, and industry influencers to identify new growth opportunities.
• Address and resolve issues related to systems, processes, services, or financial matters provided to agents.
• Manage administrative tasks, including data updates, profile changes, and CRM activity tracking.
• Support accounting functions such as commission reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Serve as a liaison with local CPA firms to ensure timely delivery of financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and present findings to internal leadership.
• Conduct training sessions on contracts, compliance, and financial procedures.
• Monitor market and financial trends and provide updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven success in business development or brokerage operations.
• CPA certification or equivalent accounting training is required.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and accounting platforms.
• Strong understanding of operational and financial processes in real estate.
• Demonstrated ability to manage compliance requirements.
• Experience working with external CPA firms.
• Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
