Overview

The Managing Broker will be responsible for supporting the Designated Managing Broker in the successful administration of eXp Realty brokerage operations in their state, ensuring compliance with state laws and providing exceptional service to clients.

• Support brokerage operations in Virginia.

Requirements

• Experience as a supervising real estate broker.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Advanced knowledge of real estate laws and compliance.
• Proficient in G Suite; Microsoft Office is a bonus.
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Remote work experience required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
